Brief: To process the complex daily Statements and Bills for a major TV-On-Demand company, ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 variable colour print passes a day, and to manage their payment processing requirements.

Brief: To create and manage a government client’s SQL database for all known industry suppliers & purchasers employing services within their specific industry.

Online Ordering

Brief: Our client looked to us to provide an online order processing system which would allow its users to view and order publications securely through a dedicated web portal.

Mail

Brief: To enclose and mail a personal safety message to 70,000 contacts from the farming industry throughout the UK, focusing on a ‘Promise Knot’ as the central part of the campaign. In addition to the standard data and print requirements undertaken for the majority of our client mailings, this specific job required strong technical planning and advice to ensure delivery to the tight deadlines required from receipt of data and content.

Response & Fulfilment

Brief: The government’s ‘Get On’ TV and Radio campaign (featuring the blue Gremlins!) was launched in 2004 to encourage adults with low literacy and numeric skills to participate in adult learning. Alongside an advice hotline, a selection of promotional materials including pencils, posters, stickers, beer mats and scratch cards, needed to be supplied to colleges, adult learning centres and other organisations.
